Management

GREG HARRINGTON

CEO, Two Rivers Water & Farming

Biography

Mr. Greg Harrington has over four decades of experience in agricultural operations farming and cattle operations and continues to be active today. For the past 10 years, he has been growing all-natural Canadian Industrial Hemp, has been instrumental in securing capital and patents in revolutionizing the hemp industry, and has been at the forefront of CBD and extraction processing in Canada. Mr. Harrington was a founder and one of the first investors in Hemp Sense, Inc. and a pioneer investor in the Medical Marijuana industry in Colorado, owning grows and dispensaries. He is also the founder of Växa Global, a Canadian based company supplier of high-grade industrial hemp.

Mr. Harrington has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance. After eight years in the merger & acquisition field with a prominent Wall Street firm, Mr. Harrington has been a principle or co-investor in acquisitions of private/public companies with combined sales in excess of $500MM and has divested these companies to Fortune 1000 companies to a London AIM listed company.

Mr. Harrington is the Principle, Officer, or Director of several public companies that have traded on OTC:BB/AMEX/Nasdaq exchanges. He has been, and continues to serve as an Officer and/or Director of private and public companies, both in the North America and abroad.

JOHN SINGLETARY

Executive Vice President & Officer, Two Rivers Water & Farming

Biography
Mr. John Singletary, a native Pueblo Coloradoan, is a real-estate broker and developer, farmer, consultant and visionary. Mr. Singletary, licensed in Colorado in 1971, specializes in Commercial and Farm and Ranch real estate. His Pueblo area real estate developments include a large mini-warehouse complex, a 40,000 sq. foot shopping center and a stand-alone upscale rural residential subdivision. For the past past 35 years, Mr. Singletary and his family have lived, farmed and ranched in southeastern Pueblo County.

He is an ardent advocate of efficient irrigation and water-conserving techniques. He and his family were among the first farmers in Pueblo County to adopt state of the art no-till and minimum-till farming practices. He is experienced in center pivot and flood irrigation. Mr. Singletary actively dedicates his life to protecting and enhancing Colorado outdoors. He has served three Colorado governors on State Commissions. Until his term recently expired, he served on the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission and was Chairman for a part of that time. In addition, Mr. Singletary has served on the Agriculture Commission and on the former Parks Board and Great Outdoors Colorado Board (GOCO). He was founder, member and past Chairman of the Lower Arkansas Valley Water Conservancy District. He also served seven years on the Pueblo County Planning Commission.

CHAD HARRINGTON

Biography
Mr. Chad Harrington is a commercial real estate agent in Fargo, ND. He is licensed in North Dakota, Minnesota and Arizona. He holds the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), with expertise in financial, market and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation. Mr. Harrington began his career in banking. In 1995 he was hired by Charles Schwab & Co. where he acquired the Series 6, 7, 10, and 66. He was promoted to the Schwab 500 team which offered personal service to high masset and active trading clients. He spent time working in multiple private businesses ventures concentrating on acquisitions and mergers. He was also Vice President and Compliance Officer of a private brokerage firm. For this position he acquired the Series 27 and Series 65 as well as general insurance license. Mr. Harrington graduated from Moorhead State University in Moorhead, MN.

DRAY CARSON

Ms. Andraya (Dray) Carson has over two decades of combined experience in strategic business development, operations, business systems, sales, marketing, public speaking, and consulting. She was a financial advisor focusing on Asset-back domestic and international investments, individually generating over $25 million in equity contributions and $200 million in residential, commercial and resort financing. As Managing Partner, she developed new training programs, documented policies and and assisted in due diligence. She founded Carson Consulting, LLC, a strategic business development and operations firm, focusing on start-up to mid-size businesses. Clients industries of the firm include science, nutraceuticals, direct selling, health and wellness, capital markets, agriculture, and construction. Ms. Carson is the COO of Växa Global, overseeing operations and directly involved in strategic planning and all areas of marketing, brand development, sales and investor presentations for the organization and all its subsidiaries, and is a Partner at Fenner & Beane, LLLP, a private investment firm engaged in acquiring companies. Ms. Carson graduated with honors from California State University, Long Beach, with a B.A. in Interpersonal Communications and an emphasis Management and Conflict Resolution.

OSCAR TAPIA

Mr. Oscar Tapia Pereira is an Attorney at Law with more than eighteen (18) years of practice, with emphasis in matters related with Securities Law, Regulation, Commercial and Corporate Law, ten (10) years of experience as Financial Analyst, Financial Principal and Compliance Officer, currently acting as Principal Executive in BVAI a Registered Investment Advisor in the Republic of Panama. Mr. Pereira has a Master’s Degree in Procedural Law with the University of Panama, Specialization on Telecommunications Regulation with the University of Brasilia – (UnB.), Brazil; Specialization in Corporate and Business Law with the University of San Francisco (USF), USA; and, ISO – Internal Quality Systems Auditor with Société Générale de Surveillance – (SGS) – Switzerland. In his experience as a lawyer he served as Chief of the Legal Department of the National Public Services Authority in the Republic of Panama; supported multinationals as legal consultant (i.e. KPMG and Samsung). Currently he is advisor to the Board of Directors of Kraftpal Technologies in Europe (Belgium, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Lithuania). Fluent in English and Portuguese, he works as consultant and investment advisor in over 15 countries in Europe, USA, South America.

RAMON CHIMELIS

Mr. Ramone Chimelis has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets. He has held fiduciary responsibilities in several startups and as vice president of Palletkraft, N.A. During this time his responsibilities included strategic planning, operations and financial planning. He has successfully raised many millions in capital for green companies to high-tech startups in the artificial intelligence space. Through hands on experience and a strong work ethic, he has learned the nuances of bring successful ventures to market. Mr. Chimelis spent his early career working on wall street as an analyst for technology offerings working at boutique firms in New York and Florida. He has spent the last two years working with graphene scientists and innovators helping to build on this new emerging platform for material science.

GERALD ANDERTON SR

Biography
Gerald Anderton Sr. is a serial entrepreneur who started his career in the insurance industry by facilitating regulatory approval and the successful purchase and reorganization of a nationwide property and casualty insurance company from the Transit Casualty Bankruptcy. He subsequently served on the Board and played a major role in running off all of the outstanding claims. Mr. Anderton continued to display his versatility in the marketplace by transitioning to the accounting and taxrelated FICA Recovery business, which he helped to pioneer in the early 1980’s, by developing a Private Sector FICA recovery program for clients, JC Penny, PSA Airlines, and many others; recovering millions of overpaid dollars in FICA Taxes for his clients. In the early ‘90s, Mr. Anderton continued his work in the PEO field by joining the executive team of the public company Instaff, where he engineered the purchase of a domestic insurance company, which became the first PEO-owned carrier. The experience he gained in the industry led him to begin a start-up PEO company that he owned, operated and grew to over $500 million in revenue. Mr. Anderton is a much sought after lecturer about monetary systems and the origins of money. A lifelong Austrian economist, he is highly educated in monetary theory and history.

THOMAS WILLIAMS

Mr. Thomas Williams has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry. He has served in multiple roles in both originations and administration side of operations. Mr. Williams is currently an officer and director in a Bermuda-based insurance company. He is acting Vice Chairman of Capital Management of Bermuda, formally known as the Travelers of Bermuda one of the first chartered insurance companies in Bermuda. Additionally, he has formed three insurance operations. From 2008 to 2018, Mr. Williams served on the board of GEE Group, Inc., a public company traded on the NYSE American exchange. He chaired the nominating committee and was a member of the Corporate Governance Committee and Audit Committee. Mr. Williams is chair of our Nominating, Governance and Compensation committee and a member of the Audit committee.

JAMES B. KYLSTAD

Biography
Mr. James Kylstad has had an extensive 40-year career in banking, finance, public company management and reporting, mergers & acquisitions, and private capital investment. His work has included numerous start-ups, taking companies private to public, taking companies public to private, roll-ups, private sales, IPOs, and liquidations. During his career, Mr. Kylstad has been the Chairman of the Board, director and CEO of a number of public companies. This includes past director and Chief Operating Officer of Bank of Southern California and Chairman and Chief Executive officer of American Home Capital Corporation. Mr. Kylstad is chair of the Audit Committee.

LAYNE DOWNS

Biography
Mr. Downs in the past 23 years has been a water broker and also has appraised water rights for a variety of cities, banks and estates. He has served as a water expert witness in court cases. As a water broker, Mr. Downs specializes in moving underground water from one diversion point to another. He has extensive knowledge in conveyance of water right deeds, beneficial use, artesian wells, proof of appropriation or permanent change along with adjudication of well rights. Board member and chairman of the audit committee. Mr. Downs is a member of our Nominating, Governance and Compensation committee
